This is a two day course including classroom and pool sessions to increase survivability, confidence and safety during breath hold related emergencies. Learn specific confined water skills to increase CO2 tolerance and manage safe levels of hypoxia that relate to water related activities like surfing, paddling, swimming, etc. This is an excellent course for anyone interested in learning proper technique for managing emergencies, and safe breath hold practices for all levels.
